1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the MYSIQRA Vendor Management Platform (the "Service"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

MYSIQRA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

MYSIQRA is a vendor management platform that enables event organizers and vendors to collaborate on event planning, vendor onboarding, scheduling, invoicing, payments, and communications. The Service includes web-based dashboards, mobile-responsive interfaces, and related tools.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to core features will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (email and password).
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@mysiqra.com.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain security.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or display through the Service ("Your Content"), including event details, documents, images, and communications. By using the Service, you grant MYSIQRA a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by MYSIQRA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights transfer beyond the limited license granted in these Terms.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

7. Payment Terms

  • Available plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Refunds: A full refund is available within 14 days of your first purchase. No refunds are provided for renewal payments.
  • Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Vendor Verification and Status

Vendors registering on the platform undergo a review process. Vendor accounts are assigned one of the following statuses:

  • Pending: Account is under review by the admin team
  • Approved: Vendor has been verified and can access all platform features
  • Rejected: Vendor application was denied
  • Suspended: Vendor access has been temporarily or permanently restricted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts at our discretion, with or without cause, upon written notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, vendor, or third party on or through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYSIQRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MYSIQRA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mysiqra.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be securely deleted.
  • Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@mysiqra.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYSIQRA regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
